A bread lover trying to make this whole gluten-free thing work. I chose to be gluten-free to help with my fibromyalgia. This is a blog about my struggles and successes. I went in to this with almost zero knowledge but went in nonetheless. I’m also an avid reader and would rather cuddle up on my couch with a book and a cup of coffee–black, 2sugars– than just about anything. I’m also a huge Disney fan. I love Disney music, movies, clothes and Walt Disney World. I am in school for early childhood education with aspirations to become a school librarian and help show kids the wonders, adventures and benefits of reading. I currently work at a childcare center. I live at home still because childcare workers make basically nothing (don’t even get me started on that) and I actually have a great relationship with my parents. I love crime dramas but only watch them on Netflix or Hulu because I hate commercials and waiting for a week in between shows, so I’m always behind. I have a cat I adore, but who barely tolerates me. I love fall but I am vehemently against pumpkin spice lattes (still love you Starbs!). At 24, I dislocated my knee twice in 4 months and had to have surgery which grossed me out and put 2 screw in my tibia. I play music basically all day and love just about every style of music, except country. Gag. If it were up to me, I’d leave my Christmas tree up all year long and play Christmas music as well. I love to cook and bake and prefer to listen to a little Snoop Dogg when I do. I’m terrified of scary movies (I’m a huge wimp). I’ve been a bee for Halloween the last 7 years because I bought a bee costume at Target for $65 and that was too much. I am practically a witch doctor (not really) because I have successfully used essential oils and love them. I’m addicted to Bath & Body Works and nail polish and would cry if B&BW started making nail polish. The first thing I do when I get home from anywhere is change into my pajamas and that’s the best feeling in the world. And I love writing letters.

I plan to use this blog mostly for myself, to keep me accountable with this GF diet, but also to try and help others live their best GF lives.
